How do we use this product?

Take 1 capsule 3 to 4 times daily as needed. For adults only.

Organic Senna (Cassia angustifolia)(Leaves) – 470mg.

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silicon Dioxide.

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
