Why do we use this product?

• Chico (Sapodilla) is an egg-shaped fruit with brown, rough skin. Chicos are prized for their exceptional sweetness, with the flesh usually eaten raw straight from the rind. Depending on the variety, chicos are either smooth or granular.
• Chicos have been shown to be high in disease-fighting polyphenolantioxidants, as well as vitamin C.

How do we use this product?

Enjoy it raw. This may also incorporate this to salads.
