How do we use this product?

STOVE TOP:Empty contents into saucepan. Stir over gentle heat until warm.

MICROWAVE:Place opened pouch in microwave and heat for 40-60 seconds. Remember to always check temperature before serving to your baby. Discard uneaten heated meal.Childrenmust always be supervised while eating.
