How do we use this product?

Cooking Instructions:
1. Boil meat using a nonstick pan over medium heat with water covering at half level.
2. After the water evaporates, prick the meat and allow the natural oil to come through.
3. Fry and turn for 10-12 minutes or until meat is toasted to preference.
