How do we use this product?

Thawing:Take the steaks out of the bag,place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.

Cooking:For rare, place themeat in a hot pan with a littleoil or on the grill and cook over high heat for1-2 minutes on each side. For medium,cook over high heat for 1 minute on each side then cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Storage:24 hours in the refrigerator, in a suitable dish.3 days in the chiller of the refrigerator. In the freezer at -18 C until the date indicated on the packaging.
