How do we use this product?

Cooking times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance. Product may thicken on cooling. To achieve a smoother consistency stir in a small amount of milk or water after cooking. Instructions below serves 1.

Microwave (1000W)

1. Pour 1/3 cup of macro organic quick oats into a large microwave safe bowl, add 2/3 cup of water, stir and place in a microwave. For a creamier porridge substitute water with skim milk.
2. Heat on high for 1 minute, Stir, then heat on high for a further 1 minute.
3. Remove from the microwave and allow to cool before serving.

Stove Top

1. Pour 1/3 cup of macro organic quick oats into small saucepan and add 3/4 cup of water. For a creamier porridge substitute water with skim milk.
2. Bring to a boil and stir for 2-3 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
3. Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.
